Cost: $85 per person, including dinner and wine pairing

Chef Patierno is hosting another cooking class on Tuesday, April 26 at 6:30 pm.  In this  hands-on class, you will create sauces from various regions of Italy.   After the class, enjoy the fruits of your labor by enjoying a meal with the sauces prepared earlier and paired wine.  The cost is $85 per person, which includes the meal, but is exclusive of tax.  Space is limited to keep the class-size small.  Call the restaurant at 540.253.5501 to make a reservation.

Join us on Sunday, March 27 for a wonderful Easter celebration!  Reservations will be taken from 12-4:30 pm.  Chef Patierno will be serving the dinner menu with seasonal specials. Pizza Rustica, Housemade Cappellacci Zucca, and rabbit with chestnuts will be featured here at Girasole, just as they are in various regions throughout Italy on this special holiday.  Reservations are required and may be made by calling 540-253-5501.
