Chef Patierno is hosting another cooking class on Tuesday, April 26 at 6:30 pm.  In this  hands-on class, you will create sauces from various regions of Italy.   After the class, enjoy the fruits of your labor by enjoying a meal with the sauces prepared earlier and paired wine.  The cost is $85 per person, which includes the meal, but is exclusive of tax.  Space is limited to keep the class-size small.  Call the restaurant at 540.253.5501 to make a reservation.
