Throughout the month of February, we will be featuring oysters from Prince Edward Island, the Northern Atlantic, and the Chesapeake Bay.  Served raw on the half-shell or cooked, such as Oysters Florentine, if you love these briny bi-valves, join us for OysterFest.  Whether you like them mild, briny, or buttery, Chef Patierno will have the perfect oyster for every palate.  Enjoy a classic gin martini or a glass of Prosecco, and treat yourself to something special during this cold winter month.
