This exclusive event is like no other in the DC metropolitan area, and features a lavish 6 course menu with wine pairings by G.D. Vajra of Barolo, Italy. Known as the ‘diamonds of the kitchen’ the white truffle from Alba, Italy is difficult to find and impossible to cultivate. We invite you to help us celebrate the world’s most magnificent and sought after fungi, and nearly two decades of friendship with the Vaira family. Each course and wine pairing is thoughtfully created to enhance the aroma and unique flavor of the Alba white truffle. Francesca Vaira of G. D. Vajra will be presenting her family’s wines at the dinner.
