Join Chef Patierno for a wonderful evening of cooking with Domenica Marchetti. The author of seven books on Italian home cooking, most recently “Preserving Italy: Canning, Curing, Infusing, and Bottling Italian Flavors and Traditions” Domenica spent her summers in Rome and on the Adriatic coast of Abruzzo.
Come see this dynamic duo prepare classic dishes from the Abruzzo region, including crepes filled with pecorino, lamb skewers, braised swiss chard and potatoes, and mint chocolate cake. The demonstration begins at 6:30 with dinner, and accompanying wine pairings, to follow. The cost of the class is $95 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
