Hello Spring! And what better dish to celebrate with than a crispy, breadcrumb coated veal chop Milanese topped with peppery arugula and lemon! Chef Lou thought it would be a good idea to celebrate the warm weather with something light, yet satisfying, and very traditional (from Milan, hence the name Milanese) and simple to make. The price is the cost of the pantry ingredients listed below, suggested for 2 people.
What you will need from our Pantry:
2 local Veal chops (approx. 14oz each) , breadcrumbs, egg, local arugula, lemon $62
Bottle of Viride Tuscan extra virgin olive oil $30
How It Works:
Order all of your ingredients by calling us at 540-253-5501 and to set a pick up date and time. Please note that we are closed on Monday so you would have to pick up your pantry items by Sunday, April 11th. A video of the cooking demonstration will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages on Monday, April 12th at 6:00. Simply tune in and follow along!
If you miss a class or would like to participate in a previous cooking class, simply call the restaurant to order the ingredients for the desired class and participate at your own convenience using the videos on our social media pages.
