On Wednesday, February 14th, we will be offering a fixed price, four course menu with options in each course for $140 per person (price exclusive of tax, gratuity, and beverages), with an optional wine pairing available. Reservations are available from 4:30pm until 9:00pm. Orders for curbside pickup must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Please call to reserve your table, 540-253-5501. Antipasti
– Burrata with English peas and shaved 24-month aged parmigiano Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil
– Local beets tossed with extra virgin olive oil and black currant vinegar, crushed pistachios
– Beef Carpaccio with a white truffle oil and local micro greens
– A creamy soup of local and foraged mushrooms
– Calamari Fritti: Crisply fried squid, lemon
Insalate
– Local greens with house smoked duck, sun dried cherries, pecans, and a balsamic vinaigrette
– Baby Romaine tossed with a zesty house vinaigrette, black pepper, and shaved pecorino Toscano
– Shaved fennel with blood orange and Mediterranean olives, citrus vinaigrette
– Belgian Endive tossed with apple, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon
Entrée
– Lamb Ravioli in a sweet curry with golden raisins
– Ravioli filled with taleggio cheese, drizzled with aged balsamic from Modena
– Cannelloni: House made tubular pasta filled with seasoned veal
– Chitarrini pasta with Chesapeake Bay jumbo lump crab, red or white sauce
– Saku Tuna wrapped in prosciutto, pan seared and topped with olives and tomatoes tossed with a sherry vinaigrette
– Chapel Hill Farm veal scaloppine pan sautéed with local and forest mushrooms, brandy cream sauce
