Known as the ‘diamonds of the kitchen’ the white truffle from Alba, Italy is difficult to find and impossible to cultivate. We invite you to help us celebrate the world’s most magnificent and sought after fungi, and over two decades of friendship with the Vaira family. Each course and wine pairings are thoughtfully created to enhance the aroma and unique flavor of the white truffle. Giuseppe Vaira will once again be joining us to present his family’s wines for this year’s dinner!
