– Foie gras torchon with Sicilian brandied orange slices, pistachio granola
– Gnocco Fritto with thinly sliced Culatello
– Pink Gulf shrimp lightly fried tempura style, sea fennel mayonnaise
– Skate and Romanesco soup traditional to Rome
– Shaved Brussel sprouts with roasted hazelnuts and Pecorino Sardo, extra virgin olive oil and lemon
– Beet and radicchio tossed with sherry vinegar, shaved pecorino, and crushed pistachios
– Calabrian style roasted cauliflower and Romanesco broccoli tossed with olives, capers, lemon, and artisanal olive oil
House made Pastas and Entrees
– Pheasant ravioli served in its braising reduction
– Butternut squash ravioli served in a sage butter
– Seafood Ravioli: Filled with lobster, shrimp, and scallops, served in a lobster butter
– Fish wrapped in prosciutto and pan sautéed, served with English peas
– Skate prepared Abruzzese style, lightly fried with saffron
– Venison medallions pan sautéed with brandied cherries
– Local strip loin pan sautéed with local mushrooms
