– Blood orange sliced with leeks, drizzled with Lupinella extra virgin olive oil and blood orange vinegar
– Venetian style cod whipped with extra virgin olive oil until light and creamy, served over locally milled, heirloom polenta
– Bruschetta: Leeks braised with herbs over our house made bread, with black truffle and aged provolone from Puglia
– A creamy soup of organic Umbrian chickpeas, garnished with Gulf shrimp and wild fennel pollen
– Shaved Brussel sprouts with roasted hazelnuts and Pecorino Sardo, extra virgin olive oil and lemon

– Venison medallions pan sautéed with French brandied cherries
