We will be offering a fixed price, four course menu with options in each course for $95 per person (price exclusive of tax, gratuity, and beverages), with an optional wine pairing for $38. Reservations are available from 4:00pm until 8:30pm, with seating available indoors or under a heated tent on our patio.

Appetizers
– Artichokes braised ‘peasant style’ with herbs
– Grilled Mediterranean Branzino in olive oil over Cannellini beans and balsamic cipollini onions
– Gnocco fritto with imported prosciutto di San Daniele ‘Black Label’
– Risotto made with 30-month aged parmigiano Reggiano, drizzled with aged balsamic from Modena
– A creamy soup of foraged mushrooms, polenta croutons
Salads
– Beet and radicchio tossed with sherry vinegar, shaved pecorino and crushed pistachios
– Shaved Brussel sprouts with roasted hazelnuts and Pecorino Sardo, tossed with artisanal olive oil and lemon
– Grilled calamari over local arugula, tossed with artisanal olive oil and lemon
– Shaved fennel with persimmon, citrus vinaigrette
House made Pastas and Entrees
– Veal scaloppine pan sautéed with foraged mushrooms, brandy cream sauce
– Venison Medallions pan sautéed with brandied cherries
– Branzino pan sautéed, pine nuts and cherry tomatoes
– Skate prepared Abruzzese style, lightly fried with saffron
– Pheasant ravioli, served in its braising reduction
– Hand rolled fusilli with octopus simmered with tomatoes and red wine, bone marrow
– Rustic potato and cabbage ravioli with Italian black truffle
Dessert
– Cheese plate consisting of Ossau-Iraty, a French Pyrenees sheep’s milk cheese
