We will be offering our regular dinner menu with seasonal Chef’s specials. Reservations are available from 12:00pm until 7:00pm, with seating indoors or on our heated patio. Orders for curbside pickup must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Please call to reserve or to place a to go order, 540-253-5501. A credit card is required with your reservation.

Appetizers & Salads
– Melon tossed with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, mint, and black pepper
– Grilled Mediterranean Branzino in olive oil over chickpeas tossed with red onion, celery, sun dried tomato, extra virgin olive oil, and sherry vinegar
– Roasted peppers with a traditional Piedmontese tonnato sauce
– Roast fennel with a parmesan gratinate
– Roasted Spring asparagus with Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, lemon, and shaved pecorino Sardo, with house cured egg yolk
– Marinated octopus, chickpeas, fresh parsley, lemon, and artisanal olive oil, served chilled
House made Pastas & Entrees
– Ramp and ricotta ravioli
– Cannelloni: Tubular pasta filled with seasoned veal
– Salmon and leek ravioli, served in a lemon butter
– Braised beef short rib ravioli served in its braising reduction, drizzled with mostagro, a style of balsamic vinegar made from Barbera grapes
– Halibut pan sautéed with Vignarola, braised Spring vegetables prepared in Rome only when asparagus, peas, and fava beans are in season
– Fields of Athenry lamb shoulder braised with herbs, wild ramps, and Spring peas
– Veal scaloppine pan sautéed with lemon and capers
