We will be offering our regular dinner menu with seasonal Chef’s specials. Reservations are available from 12:00 until 7:00pm, with seating indoors or on our patio. Antipasti
– Grilled Spring asparagus with Morels, drizzled with aged balsamic from Modena
– Roast beets tossed with extra virgin olive oil and black currant vinegar, crushed pistachios and shaved pecorino Fiore Sardo
– Roasted peppers with a traditional Piedmontese tonnato sauce
– Roasted fennel with a parmesan gratinate
Insalate
– Grilled Spring asparagus with a citrus vinaigrette, topped with hazelnuts and thinly sliced Speck
– Belgian Endive tossed with apple, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon
– Marinated octopus, chickpeas, fresh parsley, lemon, and extra virgin olive oil, served chilled
Entrees
– Cannelloni: Tubular pasta filled with seasoned veal
– Salmon and leek ravioli, lemon butter
– Ricotta gnocchi with a Roman Spring ragù, braised artichokes, asparagus, peas, and fava beans with house preserved Meyer lemon
– Fresh Cod poached in olive oil with a Sicilian beurre blanc, local asparagus
– Local lamb chops encrusted in pistachios and pan sautéed
– Veal Valdostana: Local veal chop breaded and pan sautéed, with prosciutto cotto and Fontina Valdostana
