Join us as we continue to celebrate 20 years of being at Girasole, and over 30 years of being restaurateurs! Since 1991, with Chef Lou and Lydia’s first restaurant Panino located in Manassas, they have proudly served authentic Italian food as a fully chef-owned and operated business. We began New Year’s Eve with a special fixed priced menu, we continued into 2024 with a series of cooking demonstrations led by Chef Lou, followed by wine dinners hosted by some of our favorite Italian vintners, and we continue to celebrate our 20 years by bringing some of our best pasta dishes to you in a tasting menu!
From Saturday, August 17 to Sunday, September 1 enjoy a fixed price pasta tasting menu for $58, featuring some of our most popular, regional pasta dishes! To be enjoyed individually or shared amongst friends and family, and featuring the best ingredients coming out of our garden and from local farms. Some dishes to look forward to are our lobster ravioli, fig and caramelized onion caramelle, beet and goat cheese ravioli, Sardinian braided pasta with octopus braised with tomatoes and red wine, and ricotta gnocchi summer greens.
