On Friday, February 14th, and Saturday, February 15th, we will be offering a fixed price, four course menu with options in each course for $150 per person (price exclusive of tax, gratuity, and beverages), with an optional wine pairing available. Reservations are available from 4:30pm until 9:00pm. Orders for curbside pickup must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Please call to reserve your table, 540-253-5501. Antipasti
– Burrata with English peas and shaved 48-month aged parmigiano Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil
– Beef Carpaccio with white truffle oil and local microgreens
– Sliced orange, Mediterranean olives, shaved red onion, and extra virgin olive oil
– House made button raviolini with foie gras in a rich broth
– Baked mussels topped with breadcrumbs, garlic, and herbs
Insalate
– Local greens with house smoked duck, sun dried cherries, pecans, and a balsamic vinaigrette

– Belgian Endive tossed with a house vinaigrette, candied pecans, and gorgonzola

– Cannelloni: House made tubular pasta filled with seasoned veal
– Braised beef cheek ravioli, served in its braising reduction with English peas
– Rustic potato and cabbage ravioli with black truffle
– Chitarrini with Razor clams, pancetta, lobster mushroom, and braised fennel
– Saku Tuna wrapped in prosciutto, pan seared and topped with olives and tomatoes tossed with a sherry vinaigrette
– Braised oxtail over a rustic polenta made with a Fontina DOP
