From Sunday, February 13th to Monday, February 14th, we will be offering a fixed price, four course menu with options in each course for $100 per person (price exclusive of tax, gratuity, and beverages), with an optional wine pairing for an additional $36. Reservations are available from 4:30pm until 8:30pm, with seating available indoors or under a heated tent on our patio.
Orders for curbside pickup must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Please call to reserve or to place a to go order, 540-253-5501. We will be closed the Tuesday and Wednesday following Valentine’s Day.

Appetizers
– Beef Carpaccio with an herb mayonnaise and local micro greens
– Burrata with English peas and shaved 36-month aged parmigiano Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil
– Sushi grade Tuna crudo with winter citrus
– Squash sformato, a cross between a flan and a souffle, with a Tuscan pecorino fonduta
– Risotto with foraged mushrooms and black truffles

– Local greens with house smoked duck, sun dried cherries, pecans, and a balsamic vinaigrette

– Shaved Brussel sprouts with roasted hazelnuts and Pecorino Sardo, tossed with mint, artisanal olive oil, and lemon

– Canneloni: House made tubular pasta filled with seasoned veal
– Salmon and leek ravioli, served in a lemon butter
– Butternut squash ravioli served in a sage butter
– Fish poached with mussels and fennel
– Venison braised with juniper berries, red wine, and herbs, over a rustic polenta made with Taleggio DOP
– Local strip loin pan sautéed and drizzled with Saba, roasted endive
